Colombo Municipal Council sources say that the organizers have evaded paying the 10% entertainment tax although they sold a large number of tickets at the crowded show.
The tax valuers that visited the venue of the show have evaluated that the organizers must pay Rs. 2.3 million as entertainment tax.
However, the organizers have paid only Rs. 500,000 so far, sources said.
Udith Narayan's show in Colombo is believed a tremendously successful one.
