A Sri Lankan court granted bail today to a senior Minister who surrendered to courts.
The Senior Minister Athauda Senevirathna was granted bail of Rs. one million by Warakapola magistrate Awantha Lakmal Wikramasuriya.
Senior Minister Athauda Senevirathna surrendered to Warakapola magistrate court for a case against him over trespassing a private property and damaging machinery there.
The Minister was ordered to appear in Warakapola police on each Sunday.
Minister Senevirathna recently entered into a drinking water bottling plant with a group of villagers and he is accused of damaging property. there.
