He further said facts had been reported to court against 31 individuals.
The complaints are being probed and the suspects are to be arrested.
MP Sajin Vas Gunawardane has been summoned to the FCID today to record a statement.
Former Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksha is also among the individuals whose statement is to be recorded.
