Accordingly Colombo Crime Division will investigate Mohammed Muzammil's statement of 'Give back the summon to the magistrate himself' when Cinnamon Gardens police station officers tried to hand over the summons to Muzammil.
Police was ordered to record a statement from Muzammil and facts reported to the court.
Muzammil was summoned to court to show cause for organizing a protest before the Bribery or Corruption Commission against summoning the former secretary of the Ministry of Defense Gotabhaya Rajapaksha for a corruption investigation by the investigation body.
